Cubes of meat in approximately 1 inch squares, put in 1 pound packages. The meat does have a good amount of marbling and will be a flavorful addition of any meal.
As the name suggest, stew meat is normally cooked in a broth on the stove top for an extended amount of time. Also stew meat can be used in dishes such as fajitas, burritos, curries and rice bowls.
